Builders compete with homeowners

New home builders are making it very tough for sellers in the marketplace in this down market. They are in a position to offer incredible incentives that most homeowners cannot even contemplate, throwing in larger than normal closing cost help and coupling that with major savings, sometimes as much as 50%, on upgrades and options. Seller who really need to move on are put in the position of reducing prices repeatedly to try and stay competitive. For those in the market for a new home there are certainly great deals out there and we can help buyers get the most out of builders that have to sell to stay in business
